Unfreeze Account
When you need to reactivate frozen wallets, Alphecca Unfreeze Account allows you to directly specify wallet addresses to instantly unfreeze and allow token transfers again.
How to Use Unfreeze Accounts
Step 1: Connect Wallet
Click the Connect Wallet button in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Select Token
Select the token mint address from your wallet's token list.
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green checkmark | You have freeze authority for that token |
| Red X | You don't have freeze authority for that token |
Step 3: Import Wallet Addresses
Click Import and enter the public keys of accounts you want to unfreeze. You can import multiple addresses at once by separating them with line breaks.
Step 4: Select Accounts to Unfreeze
Select accounts to unfreeze using the checkboxes or the dropdown menu options.

Step 5: Unfreeze Accounts
Click 'Unfreeze Account' and approve the transaction in your wallet app.
Step 6: Check Results
When transactions are completed, the transaction signatures will be displayed and account statuses will update to 'Unfreeze Success'.

How does Unfreeze Accounts work?
Unfreeze Accounts is a function to manually unfreeze frozen token holder accounts. You import the wallet addresses of accounts to unfreeze, select them, and execute the unfreeze.
What if I don't have unfreeze authority?
To unfreeze tokens, you must have freeze authority for that token. Only the token issuer has freeze authority, and tokens without authority cannot be unfrozen.
What happens to unfrozen accounts?
Unfrozen accounts can transfer and trade tokens again.
Can only frozen accounts be unfrozen?
Yes, unfreezing only applies to accounts that are currently frozen. It does not apply to already unfrozen accounts or accounts that were never frozen.
