EVM Chain Revoke Ownership Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Connect Wallet
Click the Connect Wallet button in the top-right corner.
Step 2: Select Token Address
Select the token contract address you want to renounce ownership for.
This feature is only available for tokens created through Alphecca. Only the token owner can renounce ownership.
Step 3: Confirm Renounce
Review the warning message and confirm that you understand the consequences.
This action is irreversible. Once ownership is renounced, you will permanently lose the ability to modify token settings including Tax, Anti-Bot, Anti-Whale, Blacklist/Whitelist, Mint, and Pause functions.
Step 4: Renounce Ownership
Click the 'Renounce Ownership' button and approve the transaction in your wallet.

What is Renounce Ownership?
Renounce Ownership is a function that permanently gives up the owner privileges of a token contract. After renouncing, token settings cannot be changed.
Why renounce ownership?
Renouncing ownership is a way to increase the credibility of your token. By proving to investors that the owner can no longer change token settings, you can reduce rug pull concerns and demonstrate the decentralization of your project.
What functions become unavailable after renouncing ownership?

Can I cancel renouncing ownership?
No. Renouncing ownership is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Please decide carefully before renouncing.

Only the current owner of the token can renounce ownership. Also, this function is only available for tokens created through Alphecca.
What should I check before renouncing ownership?
- Confirm that Tax, Anti-Bot, and Anti-Whale settings are configured as desired- Confirm that all necessary Blacklist/Whitelist addresses are registered
